- A deposit of 50% by credit card is required to confirm a reservation. To do so, you have to send us your credit card number, it expiration date on a form that we will send you by email, and that you will have to send us back by fax. The balance will have to be paid before the start of your activity by cash, by transfer payment (15 days before) or by credit card, cheques are not accepted.
- All prices posted on www.dunesdesert.com are correct excepted error or omission.
- All meals don’t include beverages.
- Please see the excursions description to see what is included. Extras, tips, monument entries, camel ride, etc. are not included.
- Dunes & Desert Exploration is allowed to modify all the prices shown on it website without advance notice.
- All prices are posted in euros to permit a better comprehension, but they will be billed in dirham (MAD) at day rate following website www.xe.com.
- Cancellation fees
Within 30 days and over before departure 0%
Between 15 and 29 days before departure 50% of deposit
Between 1 and 14 days before departure 100% of deposit
All cancellation must be written to Dunes & Desert Exploration.
- Every person booking with Dunes & Desert Exploration is aware that he will have to respect every instruction enounced by the guide before and during the tour, otherwise it could be interrupted without any refund.
- Dunes & Desert Exploration recommend to all it clients to purchase a complete travel insurance (medical fees, repatriation fees, loss of luggage, etc.) for his entire journey to Morocco. Dunes & Desert Exploration is insured for “civil responsibility”.
- All persons going on a trip with Dunes & Desert Exploration is aware of all the risks and dangers related to the chosen activity and they release Dunes & Desert Exploration of any responsibility.
- Each client is responsible of his own stuff.
