- Official ID is required (driving license, passport or NIC (National Identity Card).
- You must leave a credit card print as deposit to go on trip. One per pilot required. The print will be given back to you after the tour if no damage is observed on your quad or if no incident had occurred. Otherwise, your credit card would be debited from the amount relative to all damages.
- We permit 2 persons (pilot and passenger) per quad for all half-day and day tour. Pilot and passenger can interchange during the tour. For all day-and-a-half tour and over, no passenger is allowed.
- Minors can be part of quad excursions or circuit with a written authorization of one of the parents. Minors of 16-years old and up can ride a quad for half-day and day excursions with a written authorization of one of the parents. Dunes & Desert Exploration it is not responsible of minors. Minors of 15-years old and less can ride a quad on our closed-circuit in Marrakech only, with an instructor.
- Quad circuits are organized for 4 persons and up. If 1, 2 or 3 persons would like to leave on those circuits, they must pay the total amount of 4 persons.
- All clients must sign the location contract before departure for all excursions and tours.
- Excursions and tours ARE NOT organized in a competitive spirit. All are set to make you discover the best sides of Morocco we know.
- All persons going on a trip with Dunes & Desert Exploration are aware of all the risks and dangers related to quads and they release Dunes & Desert Exploration of any responsibility.
- Dunes & Desert Exploration DOESN’T rent quads without guide. We organize well-supervised excursions because we care about your security and about to make you discover the most beautiful places.
